We process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that there will be any changes after your order has been shipped. Order cancellation is not guaranteed. However, you can make an exchange or return after you receive the product.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you have a PACAL account, log in and select “My Orders” from the menu. There you can find the order number.

If you haven't created an account, don't worry. You can create one at any time with the email address you used to place the order. Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email to the email address used in the purchase. Make sure to check all inboxes as it may end up in the junk/spam folder.

DOMESTIC TRANSPORTATION

Which shipping company you use for domestic orders?

We work with Yurtiçi or MNG Cargo for domestic orders.

Is there a shipping fee for domestic shipments?

Shipments made with MNG cargo are free of charge. An additional fee of 140 TL is requested for shipments made with domestic cargo. You can select the cargo company you want on the payment page.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Which shipping company do you work with for international shipments?

We make international shipments via FedEX and DHL.

How much is the shipping fee for international shipments?

FedEX international shipment fee is $35.
DHL international shipment fee is $35.

If I order from outside Turkey, will I pay customs duty/tax?

All international orders are subject to these fees. Please contact your country's customs office for details.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

How long does it take to return or exchange the product I purchased?

You can return an item purchased in Turkey can be returned or exchanged within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges from outside of Turkey.

How can I submit a return or exchange request?

If you have a PACAL account, log in and select "My Orders" from the menu. Click on the return button there to request a return. You will find all the details about the return or exchange process in the e-mail sent to you.

What is the return/exchange shipping company and fee?

All domestic returns and exchanges are processed through MNG Cargo. Exchanges are free of charge, while return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges from outside of Turkey.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your returned product and your return approval is completed, the return fee will be deposited into your payment card within 7 days.

WARRANTY AND REPAIR

How long is your warranty period?

At PACAL we stand behind our product, which is why we offer a two-year warranty on all products. Jewelery is warranted to the original consumer/purchaser against breakage or malfunction due to defects in material or workmanship under normal use. The warranty becomes void if the product is damaged or altered in any way by the buyer. We will repair any defective PACAL jewelery or, at our option, replace it with an identical or similar model ONCE ONLY.

If the product I purchased is damaged due to usage error, do you repair it?

We do not repair if the product is damaged by the buyer.
