You can return or exchange any product within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you have a PACAL account, log in and select “My Orders” from the menu. Request a refund by clicking the return button. All details about the return process will be emailed to you.

If you don't have an account, you can create one anytime using the email address you used to place the order.
