1. Take a piece of inelastic string or paper about 15cm long and 0.5cm wide to size your finger.

2. Wrap the string or paper tightly around the base of the finger you want the ring to fit in. It should fit snugly but not too tight.

3. Mark the point where the string or paper overlaps.

4. Measure the length of the string or paper on a ruler and compare it to the measurement below.
