How do I take care of my jewelry?
Gently wipe the surface with the cloth included in your order. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! We provide lifetime warranty.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches due to normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, or modifications made to your product by a third party.
Do you produce custom designs?
We are not currently able to produce custom designs.
How is the Exchange and Return Process?
You can return or exchange the product you purchased by exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date.

All domestic orders are sent within 1-2 business days via MNG or Yurtiçi Cargo. All international orders are sent via FedEX or DHL within 2-3 business days. It takes 3-5 business days to deliver.
